Terms of Service

Last updated: September 15, 2026

These Terms govern your use of orderoto.com (the “Site”), operated by Orderoto (“we,” “us”), based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

About Orderoto

The Site provides information about Orderoto, a QR-based ordering and review-management service for cafes and restaurants. It lets you learn about the product and request a demo.

No guarantees

Content on this Site — including any figures about increased throughput, return on cost, or other results — is illustrative and provided for general information only. Actual results vary by business, and nothing on the Site is a guarantee of any specific outcome.

Demo requests

Submitting the “Book a demo” form is a request to be contacted. It does not create a contract or any obligation on either side. If you choose to sign up for Orderoto, a separate service agreement will govern that relationship.

Intellectual property

The Orderoto name, logo, tagline, and the content and design of this Site are owned by Orderoto and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Third-party services

The Site relies on third-party providers (such as our form and hosting services) and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orderoto is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
